SHIPPING POLICY

Due to COVID-19, please make note that there will be shipment delays on brand merchandise so please allow between 1-2 weeks for items to be processed, packed, and shipped. Thank you so much for your patience and continued support as these are hard times. All other items will be shipped through the normal processing time of 3-7 business days.

All other items will shipped on the next business day. (Excluding Holidays/Weekends)

Monday is our main shipping day. Please double-check to make sure all of your information is up to date when making orders.

All orders are shipped via USPS and will take 2-3 business days to arrive. All shipping rates are calculated by USPS.

Once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email on file.

Pre-Ordered items will take between 1-2 weeks to be shipped. Please refer back to the primary date on the product page.

If your item arrives damaged or lost please contact your local postal service and us via info@nakiellexo.com We will try our best to find a solution. You will need to show picture proof of damage upon request via email within 24 hours of receiving your package.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact your local post office. Nakiellexo is not responsible for any package that states it has been delivered.

Nakiellexo is not responsible for any mistakes on addresses.

If you have any questions pertaining to your order status, follow up with the tracking number as that is your fastest response.

RETURN POLICY

We will cover the shipping fee on all returned items .To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you must contact us at info@nakiellexo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of on sale items or gift cards.

Returns/Exchanges

STORE CREDIT ONLY IN THE FORM OF A GIFT CARD!

Hair Extensions - Please note we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped. To receive credit for your exchange, the hair must be in the same condition as when you received it. Contact us at info@nakiellexo.com for further instructions.

Beauty Products- Unforturtnetly, We cannot accept returns on beauty products such as lashes/lip gloss/face masks/hair pins due to sanitary issues. You will only be given store credit if the item was damaged.

Brand Merchandise- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

We do not cancel orders unless under extreme circumstances contact us at info@nakiellexo.com for further instructions.

We accept returns 7 days after delivery date.

We do accept international shipping, yet again the shipping fee is calculated by USPS. Please allow up to 7 days for your item to arrive. We are a U.S. based brand.
